Cashiers Valley Smokehouse is the perfect casual spot to kick back and enjoy a great meal of honest to goodness pit cooked barbeque pork, chicken or beef, with homemade sauces for every taste.  Our home cooked sides will make you reminisce of by gone days with Sunday dinner tables laden with vegetables, homemade potato salad, slaw and baked beans.

OUR Story

Summer’s coming and there’s a lot to look forward to.  Here on the plateau there’s a new kid in town, Cashiers Valley Smokehouse, owned and operated by hospitality specialists and restauranteers,  Brien Peterken, Jr. and Jon Caddell.  Many will recognize their names as the current owners of ever popular Slab Town Pizza, so they are not new to the restaurant business nor the area.
